Do you have Microsoft Silverlight installed on your computer? If not, please click the FREE Microsoft Silverlight image on the right to download the current version.
- If the live event has not started, or on-demand version is not yet available, you will be prompted to
stand by. Your media player will launch automatically once such event starts or becomes available.
- If you can hear an audio but you are unable to see a video, download Microsoft Silverlight 2 or better.
Also you might be connecting to the Internet at lower speeds than needed for the video to play properly.
This could be caused by a lot of traffic on your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) network. Also, you should
check your modem; do you have a 56Kbs modem or it is a 28.8Kbs modem?
- If your media constantly keeps stating 'video failure please try again!', please check if you have a firewall installed on your computer.
Firewalls can block access to streaming video.
- Event video becomes available on-demand 1-2 hours after the live webcast takes place.
- Please be aware that groom's name has to be entered exactly as requested by the event coordinator during the registration process.
